  Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all included accessories and was purchased within the last 30 days for a full refund.

  Email our US-based support team with your order ID and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your device and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our designated service center.

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
